My mom rented a cabin in the mountains after Christmas so she could have all her kids under one roof. The bonus was that Jos would get to see snow for the very first time. We thought maybe there would be a little on the ground or some fake snow at one of the tubing parks but on Saturday morning, it started to snow.....and by the afternoon everywhere you looked was a blanket of white snow. It was hard to tell who was having more fun, Jos or all of the adults in the group. We built a snowman, sledded, threw snowballs at each other, made snow angels and I just enjoyed this little moment of perfect with the people I love most in the world.
