November 15-21: Turkey Day

Turkey day came early in our house. Since my senior year of college, we've had a Friends Thanksgiving every year but 2. When we bought our house, we started hosting it. I vowed when I had a baby that I would continue to do all the things I did before baby. This includes hosting a dinner party for 13 adults and 2 babies. Yup, this is the year that almost everyone said yes and it was our biggest guest list yet. It was a great night filled with good food and good friends. And I think it was my best turkey yet. I'll tell you my secret....brine your turkey!
